Eligibility for Exchanges

• Timely Notification: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
• Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accompanying materials.
• Integrity of Product: The item must not be altered, damaged, or resized.
• Exchange Value: Exchanges are valid only for items of equal or greater value, subject to availability. Any price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
• Special order items.
• Items that have been altered, damaged, or resized after purchase.
• Items returned after the 14-day return window.

*Customized jewellery cannot be replaced. Items damaged due to handling negligence may only be repaired. No cash refunds or exchanges will be admissible.
